If you're looking for a cozy getaway, this charming cottage might just be the spot. Accommodating up to four guests, the rooms are snug, but both clean and functional. the well-equipped bathroom caught my attention, especially the free toiletries provided, a nice touch for those traveling light. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we spent many evenings unwinding at the outdoor dining area with a few takeaways from the nearby shops-only a minute's drive away. the kitchen, albeit small, had the essential cookware for making a quick breakfast or dinner. Ann and Bob, our gracious hosts, really made the experience memorable with their local recommendations; their knowledge of the area is commendable. the cottage, dating back to 1840, has lots of character, though some may find the decor a bit eclectic. It's a good balance of comfort and cost, perfect for those who appreciate simplicity in their travels.
